Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of our services, we do not accept returns once work has commenced.

All AI product imagery and video created by aiproductlab is produced specifically to each client’s requirements. For this reason, completed or in-progress work cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds Before Work Has Started

If you request a cancellation before we have started work on your order, you will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellation requests must be made in writing.

Work in Progress

Once production has begun — including creative planning, AI generation, or any form of image development — the order is considered in progress and is non-refundable.

Satisfaction & Revisions

We offer a feedback and revision stage as part of our process to ensure you’re happy with the final outcome. Our goal is always to deliver imagery that meets your expectations before final handover.
